| Vehicle Usage & Payment Terms and Conditions: |
- Above Rates are Fixed, please do not bargain.
- Booking will be confirmed after receiving the 50% Advance Payment.
- For All overnight trips, Rs.350/night will be charged extra
- In Case of Cheque Payments, it should be issued in the name of "Elite Cars Rent A Car "
- Kilometers and Hours will be calculated from our office / garage to office / garage.
- For every Outstation tour minimum average
300 Kms Per day will be considered.
- Toll, Border Entry Taxes, Tourist Taxes, Police Entry & Parking is not inclusive in any case.
- Single Day or Weekend tours are with fixed itinerary. Extra places will be charged extra.
- All pickups and drops are from Point to Point only.
- Drivers should not be allowed / forced / bribed to driver more than 80kms/hr speed.
- Valuable Goods left or misplaced in the vehicle during the transit will be at customer's risk / responsibility.
- Any dispute should be brought to our notice immediately through phone call.
- No complaints will be attended after leaving the car.
- No Paper bills will be submitted, all bills will be emailed to you from our office.
- Please do not ask for Extra Charge Bills / Blank Bills from our Drivers / Office.
